Anette Matre is Chief People Officer at AutoStore, with responsibilities for HR, Communications, Sustainability, HSSE and Workplace Services globally. She joined AutoStore June 2020 and have been part of a strong growth journey over these years. Prior to this, she held various positions at Innovation Norway - including the most recent role of Head of People- and Technology - as well as multiple positions within HR and business advisory at Shell.

In addition to her operational roles, she serves on multiple boards, including her family business venture through the Westcon Group. She is also an investor in start-ups as well as other investment funds and projects, and wildly passionate about creating new opportunities, new businesses and growth both on a local- and national level - and how important people and culture is to make that happen.

Anette holds an Executive Master in Management from BI Norwegian Business School, and is currently residing in Haugesund, Norway.
